- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment
method.
- Participation in events or campaigns may be canceled by the organization at its sole discretion.

- Respect volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries during all interactions;
- Not misuse any materials, information, or services provided by CET Bharat;

- Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from volunteer or donor negligence;
